Description

Injectors conversion kit from mechanical to electronic.
This application allows us to eliminate troublesome injectors that are difficult to repair.
The parts used are generally available on the market.
We do not need a functional lambda sensor, just a working ignition and exhaust system.
Additionally, a sequential injection system can be installed, which must be specified in the order to adapt the wiring.
Installation is done by plugging in the connectors. We do not touch the factory ECU.
Everything is connected from the sensors to the inside near the driver’s legs where we connect the power plug and fasten the ground.
Allowed by the conservation officer.

The kit includes:

– Polished stainless steel injector rail.
– Fuel pressure regulator housing.
– Fuel pressure regulator.
– 4 fuel injectors.
– Vacuum lines.
– Wiring harness in a spiral sheath terminated with connectors and pins to connect to the new engine control unit.
– Controller – selectable from the list
– Pre-loaded maps and initial settings
– New IAT sensor
– CLT sensor
– Idle valve
– Installation instructions. (available for download from our site)

AVAILABLE CONTROLLERS:

Digital ECU Cheater I, Digital ECU Cheater II, Ecumaster DET3

Controller descriptions:

Ecumaster DET3 – Digital ECU Tuner 3 is the successor to the popular “piggyback” device Digital ECU Tuner 2.

Thanks to the use of a more efficient processor and 8Mb DataFlash memory, it was possible to significantly expand the capabilities of the device.

Key changes include USB port support, two switchable sets of 4 maps measuring 16×16, advanced adaptive ignition input, a 4-times more accurate DAC converter, offline logging to DataFlash memory, and many more features.

Key features of the device:

  • built-in MAP sensor 400kPa
  • 4 independent maps 16×16 (fuel map, two PWM maps, ignition map),
  • 8 correction maps 16×1,
  • 2 independent, switchable map sets,
  • ability to modify a single analog signal,
  • 4 analog inputs,
  • built-in DataFlash for logging signals without a connected laptop,
  • power supply voltage measurement,
  • ability to modify frequency flow meter signals (17Hz-4kHz),
  • supports ignition signals using inductive, Hall, optical sensors, and ignition module control signals. The device supports both single-ended and differential signals,
  • supports multiple ignition types: 60-2, 36-2, 36-1, Multitooth, Ignition Modules,
  • controls the turbocharger wastegate,
  • supports 4 high-resistance injectors (operating in “full group” mode),
  • ON/OFF output controlled parametrically,
  • automatic conversion from MAP to MAF using a learning algorithm,
  • startup procedure,
  • road dyno,
  • ability to calibrate any analog sensor, allowing real values to be displayed (e.g., signal from the MAP sensor in bars, wideband sensor signal as AFR, etc.),
  • free firmware upgrades as the device evolves (e.g., new ignition modes, additional features),
  • communication with the device takes place via USB connection

Digital ECU Cheater II is a piggyback device equipped with an autonomous EFI fuel injection control mode. This allows the device to be used for:

– converting a mass airflow sensor to a pressure sensor (MAF->MAP)
– modifying 0-5V analog signals
– converting mechanical injection to electronic (allowing for LPG injection systems)
– controlling the fuel system in engines with superchargers or turbochargers
– controlling boost pressure (up to 3 bar of overpressure)

Additionally, Digital ECU Cheater II is equipped with a communication port for connecting a multifunction engine parameter display, MultiDisplay.

Device configuration is done via a USB interface using the included PiggyProg software. The software allows for editing maps (size 16×16), changing configuration settings, and logging and viewing measurement parameters in real-time.

The set is designed for converting mechanical injection to electronic injection in the engine specified in the auction. We are not liable in situations where modifications such as throttle cables, automatics, etc. need to be changed in the given chassis. We create the set for that specific engine.
If a customer wants a dedicated set for their engine and vehicle, they need to provide a technically sound vehicle with a registration certificate and insurance valid for at least another month.
The vehicle must have:
– a functional ignition system.
– a tight exhaust system.
– a tight intake system.
– a functional battery.
– tires suitable for the season.
– at least half a tank of fuel.
– the LPG system must be disabled.
– a functional ignition switch and locks that allow locking the vehicle.

Vehicles not meeting these requirements will not be accepted for installation and tuning services. If a customer conceals from our installers that their vehicle does not meet these requirements, the vehicle will be repaired at the customer’s expense based on current hourly rates + parts cost.
The cost of installation and tuning is the customer’s responsibility.

The Digital ECU Cheater II device is intended solely for motorsport and testing internal combustion engines and cannot be used on public roads!
