Fuel injection conversion kit from mechanical to electronic.
This solution eliminates the troublesome injection system that is difficult to repair.
The parts used are readily available on the market.
We do not need a functioning lambda probe, just a working ignition and exhaust system.
Additionally, a sequential system can be installed, which needs to be specified in the order to adjust the harness.
Installation is done by plugging in connectors. We do not modify the original ECU.
Everything is connected from the sensors to the interior at the driver’s feet, where we connect the power plug and secure the ground.

The kit includes:

– Polished stainless steel fuel injector rails.
– Fuel pressure regulator housing.
– Fuel pressure regulator.
– 8 fuel injectors.
– Fuel lines. Their length is determined during the kit installation on customer vehicles. (If the customer wants them tailored to their vehicle, they must provide the exact length. Maximum length is 250cm. Anything above this incurs an additional charge of 30 PLN/m of line).
– Fuel fittings that we adapted to vehicles during installation. (Customers must provide the size and thread of the original fittings and what we should send with the kit).
– Vacuum lines.
– Wiring harness in a sheath, completed with connectors and pins for connecting to the new engine controller.

Controller descriptions:

 

Ecumaster DET3 – Digital ECU Tuner 3 is the successor to the popular “piggyback” device Digital ECU Tuner 2. 

Thanks to a more efficient processor and 8Mb DataFlash memory, it was possible to significantly expand the device’s capabilities. 

The main changes include support for a USB port, two switchable sets of 4 maps of size 16×16, advanced adaptive ignition input, a 4 times more accurate DAC converter, offline logging to DataFlash memory, and much, much more.

Device features:

  • built-in MAP sensor 400kPa
  • 4 independent 16×16 maps (fuel map, two PWM maps, ignition map),
  • 8 correction maps 16×1,
  • 2 independent, switchable map sets,
  • ability to modify a single analog signal,
  • 4 analog inputs,
  • built-in DataFlash allowing signal logging without a connected laptop,
  • battery voltage measurement,
  • ability to modify the frequency flow sensor signal (17Hz-4kHz),
  • supports ignition signals using inductive sensors, Hall, optical, and control signals for the ignition module. The device supports both single-ended and differential signals,
  • supports multiple ignition types: 60-2, 36-2, 36-1, Multitooth, Ignition Modules,
  • supports a turbocharger control valve,
  • supports 4 high-impedance injectors (operating in “full group” mode),
  • ON/OFF output controlled parametrically,
  • automatic conversion from MAP to MAF using a learning algorithm,
  • startup procedure,
  • road dyno,
  • ability to calibrate any analog sensor, allowing analog values to be displayed in their real values (e.g., signal from MAP sensor in bars, signal from wideband sensor as AFR, etc.),
  • free firmware upgrade as the device evolves (e.g., new ignition modes, additional features),
  • communication with the device is done via a USB connector

 

 

Digital ECU Cheater II is a piggyback device equipped with an autonomous EFI fuel injection control mode. This allows the device to be used, among other things, for:

    – conversion of the airflow meter to a pressure sensor (MAF->MAP)
    – modification of the 0-5V analog signal
    – conversion from mechanical to electronic injection (this also allows the use of LPG injection systems)
    – control of the fuel system when equipping a naturally aspirated engine with a supercharger or turbocharger
    – boost pressure control (up to 3 bar of overpressure)


Furthermore, Digital ECU Cheater II is equipped with a communication port that allows connection to a multifunction engine parameter display called MultiDisplay.

Device configuration is performed through a USB interface using the included PiggyProg software. The software allows editing of maps (size 16×16), changing configuration settings, and logging and monitoring measurement parameters in real-time.

The kit is designed for converting mechanical injection to electronic in the engine mentioned in the auction. We are never responsible if modifications such as throttle cables, auto transmissions, etc. are needed for that body. The kit is customized for a specific engine.
If the customer wants a kit tailored to their engine and vehicle, they must provide a technically sound vehicle, along with the registration certificate and valid insurance for at least one month.
The vehicle must have:
– a functional ignition system.
– a sealed exhaust system.
– a sealed intake system.
– a functional battery.
– tires suitable for the season.
– at least half a tank of fuel.
– LPG installation turned off.
– a working ignition key and locks that allow the vehicle to be secured.

Vehicles that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for installation and tuning services. If the customer conceals from our installers that their vehicle does not meet these requirements, any repairs will be done at the customer’s expense based on the current hourly rates + parts costs.
The cost of installation and tuning is borne by the customer.

The Digital ECU Cheater I device is intended solely for motorsport and testing internal combustion engines and may not be used on public roads!
