This application allows us to eliminate troublesome injectors that are difficult to repair.
The components used are widely available on the market.
We do not require a functional lambda sensor.
Only a working ignition system and a sealed exhaust are needed.
Additionally, a sequential injection system can be installed, which should be specified in the order to customize the wiring.
Installation involves plugging in connectors without touching the original ECU.
Everything is connected from the sensors to inside the driver’s footwell where we plug in the power supply connector and secure the ground.

The kit includes:
– Polished stainless steel fuel rail.
– Fuel pressure regulator housing.
– Fuel pressure regulator.
– 6 fuel injectors.
– Fuel hoses. Length is determined during the installation of the kit on customers’ cars. (If the customer wants them tailored to their car, they must provide the exact length. The maximum length is 250 cm. Anything above is an additional charge of 30 PLN/m of hose).
– Fuel fittings matched to cars during installation. (The customer must specify the size and thread of the original fittings and what we should send with the kit).
– Vacuum hoses.
– Wiring harness in sleeve finished with plugs and pins to connect to the new Digital ECU Cheater engine controller.

Controller description:
Digital ECU Cheater I is a piggyback device equipped with an autonomous fuel injection control mode for EFI. This makes the device suitable for:
   – converting a mass airflow sensor to a pressure sensor (MAF->MAP)
   – modifying the 0-5V analog signal
   – converting mechanical injection to electronic (this also allows for LPG injection systems)
   – controlling the fuel system in naturally aspirated engines equipped with a supercharger or turbocharger
   – boosting pressure control (up to 3 bar of overpressure)
Additionally, Digital ECU Cheater I features a communication port allowing the connection of a multifunctional engine parameter display, MultiDisplay.
Device configuration is done via USB interface using the included PiggyProg software. The software allows editing maps (size 16×16), changing configuration settings, and logging and viewing measurement parameters in real time.

The kit is designed to change mechanical injection to electronic for the engine specified in the auction. We are never responsible if the vehicle body requires modifications such as throttle cables, automatics, etc. The kit is created specifically for the given engine.
If the client wants a kit tailored to their engine and car, they must provide a technically functional vehicle, along with the vehicle registration document and valid insurance for at least one more month.
The vehicle must have:
– a functional ignition system.
– a sealed exhaust system.
– a sealed intake system.
– a functional battery.
– tires suitable for the season.
– at least half a tank of fuel.
– LPG system turned off.
– a functional ignition switch and locks that allow the vehicle to be secured.
Vehicles that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for installation and tuning services. If the customer withholds information from our installers that their vehicle does not meet these requirements, the vehicle will be repaired at the customer’s expense according to current hourly rates + cost of parts.
The cost of installation and tuning is borne by the customer.
The Digital ECU Cheater I device is intended exclusively for motorsport and testing internal combustion engines and cannot be used on public roads!
