Set for converting fuel injection from mechanical to electronic.
This application allows us to eliminate troublesome injectors that are hard to repair.
The parts used are readily available on the market.
We do not need a functional lambda sensor, only a working ignition system and exhaust.
Additionally, a sequential system can be installed, which must be noted in the order to tailor the wiring.
Installation is based on plugging in connectors. We do not touch the original ECU.
Everything is connected from the sensors to the interior at the driver’s feet, where we plug in the power connector and secure the ground.
Approved by the conservation officer.

The set includes:

– Polished fuel rail made of stainless steel.
– Fuel pressure regulator housing.
– Fuel pressure regulator.
– 8 Fuel injectors.
– Fuel lines. The length is determined during the installation of the set on customer cars. (If the customer wants it tailored to their car, they must provide the exact length. The max length is 250 cm. Anything above that incurs an additional charge of 30 PLN/m of tubing).
– Fuel end fittings tailored to cars during installation. (The customer must specify the size and thread of the original fittings and what we should send with the set).
– Vacuum lines.
– Wiring harness in a sleeve ending with connectors and pins to connect to the new engine controller.

Digital ECU Cheater I, Digital ECU Cheater II, Ecumaster DET3

Description of the controllers:

Ecumaster DET3 – Digital ECU Tuner 3 is the successor to the popular “piggyback” device Digital ECU Tuner 2.

Thanks to the use of a more efficient processor and 8Mb DataFlash memory, it was possible to significantly expand the device’s capabilities.

Major changes include USB port support, two switchable sets of 4 maps of 16×16 size, advanced adaptive ignition input, a 4 times more accurate DAC converter, offline logging to DataFlash memory, and much more.

Device features:

  • built-in MAP sensor 400kPa
  • 4 independent 16×16 maps (fuel map, two PWM maps, ignition map),
  • 8 correction maps 16×1,
  • 2 independent, switchable map sets,
  • possibility to modify a single analog signal,
  • 4 analog inputs,
  • built-in DataFlash enabling signal logging without a connected laptop,
  • power supply voltage measurement,
  • ability to modify the frequency flow meter signal (17Hz-4kHz),
  • support for ignition signals using inductive, Hall, optical sensors, and signals controlling the ignition module. The device supports both single-ended and differential signals,
  • support for multiple types of ignition: 60-2, 36-2, 36-1, Multitooth, Ignition Modules,
  • support for the wastegate control valve for turbochargers,
  • support for 4 high-resistance injectors (operating in “full group” mode),
  • ON/OFF output controlled parametrically,
  • automatic conversion from MAP to MAF using a learning algorithm,
  • startup procedure,
  • road dyno,
  • ability to calibrate any analog sensor, so analog values can be displayed in their real values (e.g., MAP sensor signal in bars, wideband sensor signal as AFR, etc.),
  • free firmware upgrades as the device evolves (e.g., new ignition modes, additional features),
  • communication with the device is done via USB connection

Digital ECU Cheater II is a piggyback device equipped with an autonomous EFI fuel injection control mode. This allows the device to be used for:

    – converting a mass air flow sensor to a pressure sensor (MAF->MAP)
    – modifying the analog signal 0-5V
    – converting mechanical injection to electronic (this allows for the application of an LPG injection system)
    – controlling the fuel system when equipping a naturally aspirated engine with a supercharger or turbocharger
    – controlling boost pressure (up to 3 bar of overpressure)


Additionally, Digital ECU Cheater II comes with a communication port that allows connecting a multifunction engine parameter display, MultiDisplay.

The device is configured via a USB interface using the included PiggyProg software. The software allows for map editing (size 16×16), changing configuration settings, and logging and previewing measurement parameters in real-time.

The set is designed to convert mechanical injection to electronic in the engine specified in the auction. We never take responsibility in cases where it is necessary to change, for example, throttle cables, automatics, etc. The set is created for a given engine.
If the customer wants a set dedicated to their engine and car, they must provide a technically functional vehicle, with registration documents and valid insurance for at least another month.
The vehicle must have:
– a functional ignition system.
– a tight exhaust system.
– a tight intake system.
– a functional battery.
– tires suitable for the season.
– at least half a tank of fuel.
– LPG system turned off.
– a functional ignition switch and locks that allow locking the vehicle.

Vehicles not meeting these requirements will not be accepted for installation and tuning service. If a customer conceals from our installers that their vehicle does not meet these requirements, the vehicle will be repaired at the customer’s expense according to current hourly rates + parts cost.
The cost of installation and tuning is borne by the customer.

The Digital ECU Cheater I device is intended solely for motorsport and testing internal combustion engines and may not be used on public roads!
