Description

Set for converting mechanical injection to electronic injection.
This application allows us to eliminate troublesome injection that is difficult to repair.
The components used are generally available on the market.
A functional lambda sensor is not required, just a working ignition and exhaust system.
Additionally, it is possible to install sequential fuel injection, which must be specified in the order to adapt the wiring harness.
Installation is done by plugging in the connectors without touching the original ECU.
Everything is from the sensors to the interior at the driver’s feet where we connect the power plug and secure the ground.
Approved by the conservator of historical monuments.

The set includes:

– Polished stainless steel fuel rail.
– Fuel pressure regulator housing.
– Fuel pressure regulator.
– 8 fuel injectors.
– Fuel lines. We set the length during the installation of the set on customer cars. (If the customer wants them tailored to their car, they must provide the exact length. Maximum length is 250cm. Anything above that incurs an additional charge of 30zł/m of the line).
– Fuel fittings tailored to the cars during installation. (Customer must provide the size and thread of the original fittings and what we need to send with the set).
– Vacuum lines.
– Wiring harness in a sleeve terminated with connectors and pins for plugging into the new engine controller.
– EasyEcu3+ controller.
– Preloaded maps and startup settings.
– New IAT sensor.
– CL sensor.
– VR sensor with mount.

Standalone computer EasyEcu 3+

EasyEcu 3+ is an easy-to-install and configure engine management system for 4-cylinder engines. With a built-in pressure sensor (3 bars), it is capable of controlling both naturally aspirated and boosted engines. EasyEcu 3+ uses a 36-1 toothed wheel as a trigger and a VR sensor, enabling ignition management with two coils (known as wasted spark). Its significantly lower price compared to VEMS or Megasquirt controllers makes EasyEcu 3+ an attractive option. Furthermore, EasyEcu 3+ is equipped with a communication port allowing for connection to the MultiDisplay multifunction engine parameter display.

 
The set is designed for converting mechanical injection to electronic injection for the specified engine on the auction. We are not responsible if it is necessary to change, for example, throttle cables, automatic systems, etc., for the given body. The set is created for the specified engine.
If the customer wants a set tailored to their engine and car, they must provide a technically sound vehicle with registration documents and a valid insurance policy for at least one more month.
The vehicle must have:
– a functioning ignition system.
– a tight exhaust system.
– a tight intake system.
– a working battery.
– wheels suitable for the season.
– at least half a tank of fuel.
– LPG installation switched off.
– a working ignition switch and locks that allow the vehicle to be secured.

Vehicles not meeting these requirements will not be accepted for installation services. If the customer withholds information from our installers that their vehicle does not meet these requirements, the vehicle will be repaired at the customer’s expense according to current hourly rates plus parts cost.
The cost of installation and tuning is the responsibility of the customer.
