Description

A kit for converting injection from mechanical to electronic.
This application eliminates the troublesome injection that is difficult to repair.
The parts used are generally available on the market.
No functioning lambda sensor is needed, only a working ignition and exhaust system.
Additionally, a sequential system can be installed, which needs to be specified in the order to adjust the wiring harness.
Installation is based on plug connections. We do not touch the factory ECU.
Everything runs from the sensors to the inside where the driver’s feet are, where we plug in the power connector and secure the ground.
Approved by the conservation officer.

The kit includes:

– Polished fuel rail made of stainless steel.
– Fuel pressure regulator housing.
– Fuel pressure regulator.
– 4 fuel injectors.
– Vacuum hoses.
– Wiring harness in a sheath ending with plugs and pins to connect to the new engine controller.
– Controller – to choose from the list.
– Pre-loaded maps and start settings.
– New IAT sensor.
– CLT sensor.
– Installation manual. (available for download from our site)

THE IDLE VALVE IS NOT A PART OF THE KIT – IT IS ONLY A REFERENCE IMAGE.

AVAILABLE CONTROLLERS:

Digital ECU Cheater I, Digital ECU Cheater II, Ecumaster DET3

Controller Descriptions:

Ecumaster DET3 – Digital ECU Tuner 3 is the successor to the popular piggyback device Digital ECU Tuner 2.

With a more efficient processor and an 8Mb DataFlash memory, the device capabilities have been significantly expanded.

Main changes include USB port support, two switchable sets of 4 maps of 16×16 dimensions, advanced adaptive ignition input, a 4 times more accurate DAC converter, offline logging to DataFlash memory, and many more.

Device features:

  • built-in MAP sensor 400kPa
  • 4 independent 16×16 maps (fuel map, two PWM maps, ignition map),
  • 8 correction maps 16×1,
  • 2 independent, switchable map sets,
  • ability to modify a single analog signal,
  • 4 analog inputs,
  • built-in DataFlash for logging signals without a connected laptop,
  • power supply voltage measurement,
  • ability to modify frequency mass airflow meter signal (17Hz-4kHz),
  • support for ignition signals using inductive, Hall, optical sensors, and controlling ignition module signals. The device handles both single-ended and differential signals,
  • support for multiple ignition types: 60-2, 36-2, 36-1, Multitooth, Ignition Modules,
  • boost control valve support for turbochargers,
  • support for 4 high-impedance fuel injectors (operating in “full group” mode),
  • parameter controlled ON/OFF output,
  • automatic conversion from MAP to MAF using a learning algorithm,
  • startup procedure,
  • road dyno,
  • ability to calibrate any analog sensor, allowing analog values to be displayed in their real units (e.g., MAP sensor signal in bars, wideband sensor signal as AFR, etc.),
  • free firmware upgrades as the device develops (e.g., new ignition modes, additional features),
  • communication with the device via USB connector

Digital ECU Cheater II is a piggyback device equipped with an autonomous EFI fuel injection control mode. This allows the device to be used for:

– converting a mass airflow sensor to a pressure sensor (MAF->MAP)
– modifying a 0-5V analog signal
– converting mechanical injection to electronic (this allows the use of LPG injection systems)
– controlling the fuel system in naturally aspirated engines equipped with a supercharger or turbocharger
– controlling boost pressure (up to 3 bar overpressure)

Additionally, Digital ECU Cheater II features a communication port for connecting a multifunction engine parameter display, MultiDisplay.

The device configuration is done through the USB interface using the included PiggyProg software. The software allows for editing maps (size 16×16), changing configuration settings, as well as logging and monitoring measurement parameters in real-time.

The kit is designed for converting mechanical injection to electronic injection in the engine specified in the auction. We are never responsible in cases where it is necessary to change throttle cables, automatic systems, etc. The kit is created for a specific engine.
If the customer wants a dedicated kit for their engine and car, the vehicle must be delivered in technically sound condition, with registration documents, and valid liability insurance for at least another month.
The vehicle must have:
– a working ignition system.
– a tight exhaust system.
– a tight intake system.
– a functional battery.
– wheels suitable for the season.
– at least half a tank of fuel.
– LPG system turned off.
– a functional ignition switch and locks that allow the vehicle to be locked.

Vehicles not meeting these requirements will not be accepted for installation and tuning services. If a customer conceals from our installers that their vehicle does not meet these requirements, the vehicle will be repaired at the customer’s expense according to current hourly rates + parts costs.
The costs of installation and tuning are borne by the customer.

The Digital ECU Cheater II device is intended solely for motorsport and research purposes in internal combustion engines and cannot be used on public roads!
