Description

Injector conversion kit from mechanical to electronic.
This application allows us to eliminate troublesome injectors that are difficult to repair.
The parts used are widely available in the market.
We do not need a functional lambda sensor, just a functional ignition and exhaust system.
Additionally, a sequential setup can be installed, which must be specified in the order to customize the wiring.
Installation is plug-and-play. We do not touch the factory ECU.
Everything runs from the sensors to inside the cabin at the driver’s feet where we connect the power plug and secure the ground.
Approved by the conservation officer.

The kit includes:

– Polished stainless steel fuel rail.
– Fuel pressure regulator housing.
– Fuel pressure regulator.
– 6 fuel injectors.
– Fuel lines. Length determined during the installation on customer vehicles. (If the customer wants to have it tailored to their vehicle, they must provide the exact length. Max length is 250 cm. Anything above that incurs an additional fee of 30 PLN per meter of line).
– Fuel connectors that we matched to cars during installation. (Customer must provide the size and thread of the original connectors and specify which ones to send with the kit).
– Vacuum lines.
– Wiring harness in a protective sleeve finished with plugs and pins to connect to the new engine controller.
– Controller – choice from the list
– Loaded maps and initial settings
– New IAT sensor
– CLT sensor
– Installation manual. (to be downloaded from our site)

AVAILABLE CONTROLLERS:

Digital ECU Cheater I, Digital ECU Cheater II, Ecumaster DET3

Description of the controllers:

Ecumaster DET3 – Digital ECU Tuner 3 is the successor to the popular “piggyback” device, Digital ECU Tuner 2.

By utilizing a more efficient processor and 8Mb DataFlash memory, it has significantly expanded the device’s capabilities.

Main changes include support for a USB port, two switchable sets of 4 maps sized 16×16, advanced adaptive ignition input, a 4 times more precise DAC converter, offline logging to DataFlash memory, and many other features.

Device features:

  • built-in MAP sensor 400kPa
  • 4 independent 16×16 maps (fuel map, two PWM maps, ignition map),
  • 8 correction maps 16×1,
  • 2 independent, switchable map sets,
  • ability to modify a single analog signal,
  • 4 analog inputs,
  • built-in DataFlash enabling signal logging without a connected laptop,
  • measurement of power supply voltage,
  • ability to modify frequency flow meter signal (17Hz-4kHz),
  • support for ignition signals using inductive, Hall, optical sensors and ignition module control signals. The device supports both single-ended and differential signals,
  • support for various ignition types: 60-2, 36-2, 36-1, Multitooth, Ignition Modules,
  • support for wastegate control valve for turbocharger,
  • supports 4 high-resistance injectors (operating in “full group” mode),
  • ON/OFF output controlled parametrically,
  • automatic conversion from MAP to MAF using a learning algorithm,
  • start procedure,
  • road dyno,
  • ability to calibrate any analog sensor, allowing analog values to be displayed in their real values (e.g., MAP signal in bars, wideband sensor signal as AFR, etc.),
  • ability for free firmware upgrades as the device develops (e.g., new ignition modes, additional features),
  • communication with the device via USB connection

Digital ECU Cheater II is a piggyback device equipped with an autonomous EFI fuel injection control mode. This allows the device to be used for:

– converting a flow meter to a pressure sensor (MAF->MAP)
– modifying a 0-5V analog signal
– converting mechanical injection to electronic (this allows for the use of LPG injection systems)
– controlling the fuel system when equipping a naturally aspirated engine with a supercharger or turbocharger
– controlling boost pressure (up to 3 bar overpressure)

Additionally, the Digital ECU Cheater II features a communication port allowing for connection to a multifunctional engine parameter display, MultiDisplay.

Configuration of the device is done through a USB interface using the included PiggyProg software. The software allows for editing maps (size 16×16), changing configuration settings, and logging and viewing measurement parameters in real-time.

The kit is designed for changing mechanical injection to electronic in the specified engine listed in the auction. We are not responsible if, in a given chassis, it is necessary to change, for example, the throttle link, automatic transmission, etc. The kit is created for the specified engine.
If the customer wants to have a kit tailored to their engine and car, they must provide a technically sound vehicle, with a registration certificate, and valid compulsory insurance for at least one more month.
The vehicle must have:
– a functional ignition system.
– a tight exhaust system.
– a tight intake system.
– a functional battery.
– tires suitable for the season.
– at least half a tank of fuel.
– an LPG system turned off.
– a functional ignition switch and locks that allow locking the vehicle.

Vehicles not meeting these requirements will not be accepted for installation and tuning services. If the customer conceals from our installers that their vehicle does not meet these requirements, the vehicle will be repaired at the customer’s expense at current hourly rates + cost of parts.
The customer bears the cost of installation and tuning.

The Digital ECU Cheater II device is intended solely for motorsport and testing internal combustion engines and cannot be used on public roads!
