Set for converting injectors from mechanical to electronic.
This application allows us to eliminate the troublesome injector that is difficult to repair.
The parts used are widely available on the market.
We do not need a functional lambda probe, only a working ignition and exhaust system.
Additionally, a sequence can be installed, which must be specified in the order to adjust the harness.
The installation is based on plugging connectors. We do not touch the original ECU.
Everything is from the sensors to the area at the driver’s feet where we connect the power plug and attach the ground.
Approved by the heritage conservator.
The kit consists of:
– Fuel rail. (USED)
– Fuel injectors 6 pcs. (USED)
– Fuel hoses.
– Vacuum hoses.
– 2 meters of wiring for building the installation.
– Controller – selectable from the list.
– New IAT sensor.
AVAILABLE CONTROLLERS:
Digital ECU Cheater I, Ecumaster DET3
Controller Description:
Ecumaster DET3 – Digital ECU Tuner 3 is the successor to the popular “piggyback” device Digital ECU Tuner 2.
Thanks to the use of a more powerful processor and 8Mb DataFlash memory, significant enhancements have been made to the device’s capabilities.
Main changes include USB port support, two switchable sets of 4 maps of 16×16 dimensions, advanced adaptive ignition input, a 4 times more accurate DAC converter, offline logging to DataFlash memory, and many more.
Device features:
Digital ECU Cheater I is a piggyback device equipped with an autonomous mode for controlling EFI fuel injection. This allows the device to be used, among other things, for:
– converting a mass airflow sensor to a pressure sensor (MAF->MAP)
– modifying the 0-5V analog signal
– converting mechanical injection to electronic (among other things, this enables the use of LPG injection systems)
– controlling the fuel system for an engine equipped with a supercharger or turbocharger
– controlling pressure boost (up to 3 bar boost)
Furthermore, the Digital ECU Cheater I is equipped with a communication port allowing for the connection of a multifunctional engine parameter display MultiDisplay.
Configuration of the device is done via the USB interface using the included PiggyProg software. The software allows for editing maps (size 16×16), changing configuration settings, and logging and viewing measurement parameters in real-time.
The Digital ECU Cheater I device is intended solely for motorsport and testing combustion engines and may not be used on public roads!
