Set for converting the injection system from mechanical to electronic.
This application allows you to get rid of the troublesome injection system that is difficult to repair.
The parts used are generally available on the market.
We do not need a functioning lambda sensor, only a working ignition and exhaust system.
Additionally, a sequential system can be installed, which needs to be noted in the order to adjust the wiring.
Installation is done by plugging in connectors. The factory ECU is untouched.
Everything is connected from sensors to the driver’s footwell, where we plug in the power connector and attach the ground.
Approved by the conservation officer.

The set includes:

– Polished stainless steel fuel rail.
– Fuel pressure regulator housing.
– Fuel pressure regulator.
– 6 fuel injectors.
– Fuel lines. The length is determined during the installation on customers’ vehicles. (If the customer wants it tailored to their vehicle, they must provide the exact length. The maximum length is 250 cm. Any length above this incurs an additional charge of 30 PLN per meter of line).
– Fuel end fittings that we have matched during installation. (The customer must provide the size and thread of the original fittings and specify which ones to send with the set).
– Vacuum hoses.
– Wiring harness in a sleeve finished with plugs and pins to connect to the new engine controller.

Controller Description:

EasyEcu 3+ is easy to install and configure for the fuel injection and ignition systems for 4-cylinder engines. With an integrated pressure sensor (3 bar), it allows for controlling both naturally aspirated and boosted engines. EasyEcu 3+ uses a 36-1 toothed wheel trigger and a VR sensor, enabling ignition with two coils (so-called wasted spark). Its price is several times lower than VEMS or Megasquirt controllers, making EasyEcu 3+ an interesting option. Additionally, EasyEcu 3+ is equipped with a communication port for connecting a multifunctional engine parameters display, MultiDisplay.

The set is designed for changing mechanical injection to electronic injection in the specified engine. We are not responsible if any modifications are required for components such as throttle cables, automatics, etc., in the given chassis. The set is made for the specified engine.
If the customer wants a set dedicated to their engine and vehicle, they must provide a technically functional vehicle, along with registration documents and valid insurance for at least one month.
The vehicle must have:
– a functional ignition system.
– a tight exhaust system.
– a tight intake system.
– a functional battery.
– tires suitable for the season.
– at least half a tank of fuel.
– disconnected LPG system.
– functional ignition switch and locks allowing the vehicle to be secured.

Vehicles not meeting these requirements will not be accepted for installation and tuning services. If the customer conceals from our installers that their vehicle does not meet these requirements, the vehicle will be repaired at the customer’s expense according to current hourly rates + parts cost.
Installation and tuning costs are borne by the customer.

The Digital ECU Cheater II device is intended solely for motorsport and testing internal combustion engines and cannot be used on public roads!
